What a mobile locksmith does
Everything we do, in one list — homes, businesses, buildings and vehicles, across Melbourne. All of it happens at your door, because there is no counter to bring anything to.

Car keys by make
14 makes with their own page. If yours is not here, ring anyway — the list is the makes we are asked about most, not the makes we work on.
Car keys — questions
Is a mobile auto locksmith really cheaper than the dealership?
The honest answer is that it is usually faster and does not need a tow, and that those two things are what make the difference. We do not publish prices because a real figure depends on the make, model and year — but a dealership needs the car brought to it, and with no working key that means a tow truck before anybody has started work.
Can you come to the car, or do I have to get it to you?
We come to the car. Driveway, street, shopping centre car park, apartment basement — it does not matter. That is the entire point of a mobile auto locksmith, and it is why there is no shop address on this site.
What do you need before you will cut a key?
Photo ID and proof the vehicle is yours — registration papers or the car registered in your name. Every time, without exception. An auto locksmith who does not ask is not one you want anywhere near your car.
I have lost every key. Is that still possible?
Yes, in the great majority of cases. It takes longer than duplicating an existing key because the key has to be originated and the immobiliser taught to accept it. Give us the make, model and year on the phone and we will know what is involved before we arrive.
Do you delete the old keys?
If you ask us to, and on a lost-key job you should. Once the old key is removed from the vehicle's memory, whoever has it is holding a piece of metal.
Which makes do you work on?
The common Australian fleet, and the fourteen makes with their own pages here are simply the ones we are asked about most. If yours is not listed, ring and ask — the answer is usually yes, and if it is not you will be told immediately rather than after a wasted trip.
Locked out right now?
Tell us the suburb and what door you're standing at. We'll tell you where the nearest van is before you commit to anything.
