Can I pull it out with tweezers or superglue?
Please do not use glue. Glue in a cylinder turns a ten-minute extraction into a replacement, every time. If a piece is protruding and slides straight out with fingers, fine — if it does not move easily, stop.
Will I need a new lock?
Usually not. Most extractions leave the cylinder in working order. What matters more is the reason it broke — a worn cylinder that snapped one key will snap the next one too.
Can you cut me a new key at the same time?
Yes. The van cuts keys on site, so you leave the visit with a working key rather than a working lock and no key.
