What we will do is tell you on the phone what is likely, and confirm it in person before anything is touched.

Safes — questions
Can you open a safe without wrecking it?
Most of the time, yes. Non-destructive methods work on a large share of domestic and retail safes, and even where entry does some damage, the safe is usually repairable and returnable to service afterwards. We will tell you which situation yours is before starting.
The keypad is dead. Is everything inside lost?
Almost certainly not. A flat battery is the most common safe call there is, and on many models it is fixed from the outside in minutes. Do not attack it with anything — that is how a cheap visit becomes an expensive one.
Do you prove ownership before opening a safe?
Yes, always, and there is no version of this job where we skip it. Photo ID and evidence of your right to the safe and the premises.
Can you move a safe for us?
It depends on size, weight and access — a small domestic safe is straightforward, and a large floor safe up a staircase is a different trade. Tell us the model and the path it has to travel and we will tell you honestly whether it is our job.
